In the Southern blues tradition, as well as in gambling lore, thinking positively is vital, boasting, and getting into the vibe. The lyrics reflect this arrogant and hopeful style someone takes when about to approach a gambling scene. Kitty Summerall's vocals are cool and bluesy on this hot blues rocker, and Johnny Nation's fine guitar track adds to the magic of the game. Think Steve McQueen in the great film, "Cincinnati Kid", and you'll get the idea of the song.
